Turn a deadline into a next action
A deadline is more useful beside the work needed to meet it. For an assignment, identify the next study or drafting task. For an application, identify the material still needed and where it must be submitted. Keep the official deadline and the source used to confirm it together in your routine.
Review upcoming items regularly and update the status after completing the action. A list of dates alone cannot show whether a draft, reference or submission still needs attention.
Keep a record of what you submitted
For college or job applications, retain the role or program, submission date and a reference to the materials you used. Requirements vary, so check the actual instructions for each institution or employer rather than assuming one document fits every application.
The job tracker and resume builder are separate products. One organizes applications and interviews; the other helps prepare resume, CV and cover-letter materials. Choose the task that currently needs structure.
Choose the format for your planning stage
The assignment and college application spreadsheets work in Google Sheets and Excel. The job application and resume products are apps. Compare previews, access instructions and requirements before ordering. A template helps organize preparation; your content and application decisions remain your own.
